2018 Youth Performance Camp

August 13, 2018 – August 30, 2018
Session 1 4:30 – 6:30pm
Session 2 6:30pm – 8:00pm

Believe Elite Athletic Training is dedicated to improving a young player’s performance along with their self-confidence by teaching fundamentals, strategies, sportsmanship, mental toughness and goal-setting.

Our youth performance camp is designed specifically for student athletes. The demands of sports are vast and require a wide range of physical traits such as strength, power, speed, agility, and endurance. Our Strength & Conditioning Program will be a comprehensive 3 day a week program designed to emphasize all of the physical attributes that are important to student athletes, and will be performed in a positive team building atmosphere. Participants will also receive instruction on nutrition, the importance of recovery, and the prevention of injury. Each session will include developmentally appropriate mobility, speed/ agility, power, functional strength and conditioning in a fun and competitive environment.

All that is required of the participant is his/her motivation and a willingness to work hard. We’ll provide the equipment, instruction, and programming.

Each session will consist of the following:

  • Comprehensive performance prep (mobility, activation, dynamic integration)
  • Power, Speed, Agility component (jump/ med ball training, sprint and change of direction instruction/ practice)
  • Developmentally appropriate functional strength training (purposeful exercise selection, volume/ intensity with an emphasis on technique)
  • Energy system specific conditioning

We are only taking the first 16 campers for each session.
First Come. First Served.

We strive to educate all of our Believe athletes with each session
in a SAFE and FUN environment to learn and develop.

Train 2 days per week for 1.5 hours per day
Tuesday and Thursdays

Group A – Youth (9 – 11 yrs)  – 4:30pm-6:30pm
Group B – Modified (12 – 14 yrs) – 6:30pm-8:00pm

$175 per camper or $75 per week. Fill out the registration form to choose your weeks.
