This simple, delicious snack has all three macros and can even be eaten for breakfast or lunch)
- 2-3 rice cakes (I use brown rice/mochi)
- 2 TBS almond butter
- vanilla whey isolate protein powder (I use NutraBio Naturals)
- dash cinnamon
- little water
- sliced blueberries & strawberries
Mix protein powder and dash of cinnamon into almond butter and add a little water to keep the nut butter consistency.
Divide and spread evenly onto rice cakes then top with berries.
