This simple, delicious snack has all three macros and can even be eaten for breakfast or lunch)


  • 2-3 rice cakes (I use brown rice/mochi)
  • 2 TBS almond butter
  • vanilla whey isolate protein powder (I use NutraBio Naturals)
  • dash cinnamon
  • little water
  • sliced blueberries & strawberries
  • Directions:

Mix protein powder and dash of cinnamon into almond butter and add a little water to keep the nut butter consistency.  

Divide and spread evenly onto rice cakes then top with berries.
