athletes who are always on the go sitting down for a healthy breakfast is NOT always an option.
In fact, 1 out of 4 student athletes skip breakfast and start their day on an empty stomach.

To help our BELIEVE athletes get fueled up in the morning here are 2 quick
On-The-Go meal ideas:

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low fat chocolate milk
  • 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 40g of oatmeal
  • 15g-18g of chocolate protein powder (optional)
  • 1 cup of ice

Vanilla Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 40g of oatmeal
  • 15g-18g of vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 cup of ice

Blend it all up and enjoy on the way to the bus!
