This provides the foundation of our system allowing us to customize training programs to each individual athletes movement profile and training skill level leading to improvements in joint mobility and stability, decreased risk of non-contact injuries and safe, effective strength and power training.

Wrestling is a unique sport. It requires a unique combination of technique, position, strategy and all of those aspects of wrestling, when it boils down to it, you can know everything but if you’re muscles are failing you, you’re not going to be able to execute or stop your opponents executions. Being strong is important in all combat sports but more than strength, we benefit by gaining muscular endurance, injury prevention, explosiveness etc. I’m extremely excited about our partnership with JR and his staff at Believe Elite. My vision is to give my club members a one stop shop. A place where they can get better.”
