Snack Time!!

This simple, delicious snack has all three macros and can even be eaten for breakfast or lunch)


2-3 rice cakes (I use brown rice/mochi)
2 TBS almond butter
vanilla whey isolate protein powder (I use NutraBio Naturals)
dash cinnamon
little water
sliced blueberries & strawberries
Mix protein powder and dash of cinnamon into almond butter and add a little water to keep the nut butter consistency.

Divide and spread evenly onto rice cakes then top with berries.
